Orders placed before 12 noon are usually processed and dispatched the same day, with delivery usually taking 3-5 working days. The Royal mail parcel service is our preferred courier.
The cost of postage (GB mainland only) is £4.95 for all orders under £30.00 and £7.95 for orders up to £100.00. Orders over £150.00 are eligible for free shipping.
Please email for the cost of International shipping cost as we do not ship to all countries.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ever increasing costs of Postage via Royal Mail etc. we will send some orders out by Courier.
This does mean however that delivery could take up to 7-10 days - we will advise each Customer on the shipping method and if you would like the order quickly please advise in the comments box at the time you place your order and Priority postage will be charged.
We will accept returned items for an Exchange/Credit Note up to 14 days after delivery providing the items are unworn, in the original packaging and all tags are attached. Please contact us for an authorisation code before returning any goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of the Return postage - it will not be refunded .
In accordance with Distance selling regulations you may cancel your order within 7 days and upon doing so may return the unwanted item/s in the original condition and package for a Refund.
